See previous answer - they should have fitted my tyres and made me sign a disclaimer that they were not bmw approved. They basically forced me to drive an unsafe car 200 yards up the road to an independent tyre centre.

The work was done promptly and at a time that suited me. The only drawback of having the work done so promptly was that there was no diver available to collect the car or deliver me home. I got a taxi in one direction and a bus in the other.

Encouraged to book service by Dick Lovett and when I drop my car off being told it is to early. Price increasing between this booking and the next. Receiving emails offering discounts to people who have not booked a service. Overall not good!

I was offered a free wash and vac and a vehicle check. I arrived at 8.30 but the job wasn't completed until 9.50. I am grateful for the inspection etc but it would have been good to have been advised how long this was going to take.

I had a problem with the air-conditioning system. My car was collected, repaired and returned. Katrina even sorted things out with BMW so I only had to pay for the labour. That's what I class as caring about the customer and not just the profit.

See above - on fitting my winter tyres from storage the technician clearly did not check the pressures which were front 27 PSI, rear 24 PSI as I discovered when the tyre pressure monitor would not reset.

disappointed that when I collected car with lady receptionist.who was very helpful. the rear windows had been left fully open. I feel I was lucky it was not raining.the rear seats could been very wet

Steven Comley was very professional and provided us with a great customer experience. Unfortunately we had issues with the car paint protection & tyre kit which was not really looked into but left as "this is the best we can do" not satisfactory.

The delivery of the new car was c.2weeks late. Service was however, good. Disappointed that there were no freebies e.g. car cleaning kit, or umbrella etc. which is what I have had in the past when purchasing a new car.

When a car costs in excess of £80k you expect it to be 100% perfect, mine has been back 4 times and is still not perfect.

Until I paid my deposit the centre, Dick Lovett Bath, were most helpful. After that they were awful. I had to chase them, they got my car order wrong and sold my car to someone else, then got the finance details wrong.
