Car was ultimately repaired free of main charges (costs taken over by BMW) but the whole process took five days (car off road) with no replacement vehicle available, (hire car needed on two days).Also three week delay till first available service

The technical work was satisfactory, as far as I know. However, upon returning home, I examined the paperwork and found an error in the Health Check paperwork. I contacted the Service Rep who agreed that form was incorrect but could not be altered.
