my car had an MOT at the last visit. I was surprised that the right hand side dipped beam headlight fault was not detected adn rectified during the MOT test (according to the service plan / lease car contract that this vehicle is on)
Felt the oil service, although it included a valet, was a little lengthy. Otherwise, happy with the actual service.
The technician who dealt with my service omitted the cost of my MOT from the final invoice (£39.99) and I needed to remind him to include it.

Everything happened according to plan on the day.
I had to return my car to BMW for a recall. After the job was done, my car was given a clean inside and out,
I was well looked after whilst waiting for the service to be completed on my vehicle; the results of the service were immediately available to me and my car returned to me ahead of schedule.
Service is always first class but the price is eye watering
Phones are unanswered for long periods when trying to speak to the service department. I was kept waiting in reception (deserted except for me) for 15-20 minutes when booking in for this service. No apology was given.

I resent paying for a full bottle of screen wash when I doubt that more than 100ml was used; I top up the screen wash every week and it had been dry for most of the week before the service so my wife would have hardly used any screen wash.
When I got the car home, after collecting it on Sat 24 Aug, I noticed a lot of staining on the black gloss trim around the windows. It didn't wipe off and looked like acid staining which was very hard to remove, even with T Cut. Nothing on the paint.

Trying to being forward my new appointment date. Asked to be emailed due to work, and was phoned back. Having returned that call but when closed I still am no closer to rearranging. I phoned yesterday and was told I would be phoned back. Nothing.
Communication via phone not really up to the standard I would expect from a premium brand. At one point I was told I would be rang back and had to re call the following day. My partner suggested this would happen due to a prior experience.

On this occasion the car was only in for its MOT, though a newly announced Recall was carried out at the same time. Everything went smoothly, and the staff were pleasant and efficient to deal with.

I booked a service with a loan car as I had business to be done. I received emails confirming the loan booking. When I arrived I was told there were no loan cars and I would have to wait.
Great service but there was no verbal debrief on the Health Check outcome. The printed report stated that service was due xxxmiles/date failed to make clear that miles related to miles to go, not odometer reading. This was confusing.

Problems with door to workshop that day. Not able to fix issue with seat belt warning light which has been outstanding for 6 months Noticed on way home that service overdue message still showing. Promised a call re date to come in. So far no call
Booked 1st service on my M140i 5 weeks in advance as that was the first available courtesy car - so on arrival a little surprised to hear they didn't have one for me and could I wait!! Asked if I wanted a wash/vac then didn't bother doing it!!

I ordered a locking nut and a week later I have still not been informed if it has arrived or not.
When I booked my car in for it's MOT I specifically asked if the iDrive system could be looked at as it kept switching off. I said that I would be able to leave the car for an all day appointment and work from the dealership. I was told that was OK
The service department was excellent in sorting out the breakdown problem.
I had to wait 6 weeks to get the fault looked at and then I had to take the car back within one week as the fault reappeared. I have now sold the car as I have not had one year without problems in the ten I owned it
You didn't check the tyre pressures even though you gave me a new tyre, did a service and an MOT. Tyre pressure bleeper went off when I got to the outskirts of Bath and I had to return to the garage to get it sorted out. Not impressed.

They didn't wash and vacuum the car and had grease on my steering wheel when returned.
Staff very helpful and informative
I can't fault your staff they were excellent. However, I am only giving 4 stars because I was sold the benefits of a service plan over the phone before my visit, only for this to be withdrawn by BMW without me being informed.

Car went in for a levels check and car was done on time , and washed / vac which was good . Staff very friendly over all a good first experience

Because the car was booked in for a safety recall, a 2 hour waiting appointment. Dropped at 7.50am. Went to do shopping locally, phone call at 9.15am to say car would be further 1.5 hours. Returned 9.40am to find car where left, untouched.
Everything they promised was fulfilled
I had a service in 2018 which involved a warranty fix for a driver side window. The door card panel was removed and since then has been subject to coming off when closing the door. It has been in for rectification many times and is still not fixed.
The car is the first automatic vehicle that I have purchased and the eight speed gearbox together with the smooth comfortable ride, it has exceeded my expectations
Our car is contracted through the Motability scheme which is an extremely efficient and worry-free scheme. Our Motability advisor, Gareth, was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience smooth and problem free.
Very helpful, able to stall the car while I had my operation and release it to me when I was ready.
Sam Hadfield, the sales executive, was very knowledgeable of the car, specification and options available, and made the whole car buying experience pleasant and exciting.
