Service, air conditioning refill and MOT were carried out as arranged, but the finish time was later than I had hoped, and the service reminder was not reset in my vehicle.
They lost me arriving so had to wait longer than expected I had to go back up to the desk to get them to process my arrival again
Now problems or mis leafing information very happy
Problems with door to workshop that day. Not able to fix issue with seat belt warning light which has been outstanding for 6 months Noticed on way home that service overdue message still showing. Promised a call re date to come in. So far no call
Booked 1st service on my M140i 5 weeks in advance as that was the first available courtesy car - so on arrival a little surprised to hear they didn't have one for me and could I wait!! Asked if I wanted a wash/vac then didn't bother doing it!!
Problem not solved
The service advisor, Katrina Eveson, was (and always is) extremely helpful, well informed, very knowledgeable, and
I did not have any problems and was dealt with courageously and informatively by the service contact.

The service department was excellent in sorting out the breakdown problem.
You didn't check the tyre pressures even though you gave me a new tyre, did a service and an MOT. Tyre pressure bleeper went off when I got to the outskirts of Bath and I had to return to the garage to get it sorted out. Not impressed.
I had to wait 6 weeks to get the fault looked at and then I had to take the car back within one week as the fault reappeared. I have now sold the car as I have not had one year without problems in the ten I owned it
Very direct/rude. Tried to upsell me on a gas and oil service, even though I asked for that not to be included in what was quoted
When I booked my car in for it's MOT I specifically asked if the iDrive system could be looked at as it kept switching off. I said that I would be able to leave the car for an all day appointment and work from the dealership. I was told that was OK
They didn't wash and vacuum the car and had grease on my steering wheel when returned.
I can't fault your staff they were excellent. However, I am only giving 4 stars because I was sold the benefits of a service plan over the phone before my visit, only for this to be withdrawn by BMW without me being informed.
I ordered a locking nut and a week later I have still not been informed if it has arrived or not.

Because the car was booked in for a safety recall, a 2 hour waiting appointment. Dropped at 7.50am. Went to do shopping locally, phone call at 9.15am to say car would be further 1.5 hours. Returned 9.40am to find car where left, untouched.
everything i asked for to be done was done
I had a service in 2018 which involved a warranty fix for a driver side window. The door card panel was removed and since then has been subject to coming off when closing the door. It has been in for rectification many times and is still not fixed.
Everything they promised was fulfilled

Problem was solved but could tell that the workshop was very busy due to timescales
Nothing of note to report. Car was picked up and delivered back on time

Because the experience was completely painless and hassle-free. The fact that the car always looks superb on receipt is testimony to all the staff working in the service team.

Service was great but because I turned up early and didn't check in I then waited 30mins before I realized that something was correct. Would have been nice if someone reminded me that I should still check in to reception when they opened.

I was satisfied but I enquired for some extras to be add on like a set of speakers and a wireless charger, they couldn't give me the price for the labour will be charging me to add it on and the lady assured that she will email me but never did.
Car had to be kept overnight because the diagnosis was too late in the day although it was brought in at 9.15 am. Also had to wait too long when picking the car up the next day. See below.
We always find your staff easy to deal with.
My car needed additional work, which meant they needed it for longer. They made sure I had a loan car for the whole time as I am dependent on my car for work. The team was very flexible. Superb customer service.
Delivered the car at 8:40 for a software update which wasn't finished until 3pm which is excessive considering I booked seven weeks in advance. Ultimately, the fault wasn't fixed despite what the paperwork said and there were grease marks in the car.
Itvwas an hour's work. The car was recently serviced and MOTd but a safety check was insisted on - a total waste of my time and money (it wasn't free: customers pay for everything in the end). And I truly didn't need a banal video.
No contact was made during day to advise on progress. I telephoned 3 times to enquire as to when car would be ready/progress report. Calls simply not returned and confusing/conflicting information given when I insisted on update.
The service I received up to the day I collected the car (18/03) was very good & I am happy with Sam Hadfield. When the above incident happened Sam's manager refused to speak with me or my father who called on my behalf & failed to respond to emails
friendly, easy to deal with and flexible in their approach

I felt that they left me hanging with the reason for the defect and that it couldn't be found.
The staff carried on well after the nominal closing time of 1800 in order to complete the work, sign of the car and for me to drive away.

Staff are friendly but the oil service has caused a leak which was not there before and I have to wait till the 10 of June while oil is leaking every where I park!

Ha to argue about payment for service included in purchase price also a previous complementary winter check indicated I should keep top up engine oil in boot! Following this service I enquired a spare container had been left in boot. I was told it is
I brought attention to some minor rust concerns on doors. I was told I would be contacted by the bodyshop, as yet I have still not had any response.
Able to book car n for service and MOT at short notice even tho' dealership busy. Courteous and personal service. Appreciate being dealt with by the same person when both bringing and collecting the car.
Mot completed and nice to have a car health check
The whole experience was good but I particularly enjoyed collection day. I was overwhelmed by Sam Hadfield and felt that he had gone above and beyond to make the day feel special.
