Staff are friendly but the oil service has caused a leak which was not there before and I have to wait till the 10 of June while oil is leaking every where I park!
My fault was diagnosed quickly and accurately And bmw contribution £500 towards the repairs

Been coming for a number of years, present vehicle the third BMW I have had.
Kieran was very courteous, professional and helpful. However, I'm generally left waiting for some time in the soft seats each time I visit.

Because it took too long to get booked in with a relief car and then my problems that I reported with the service were not sorted and have been referred to BMW, but I have still not heard anything back :-(

Rather slow service
Told reception that my Sat nav and Bluetooth had stopped working. They told me to write this on the service slip. Nothing was done and the girl at handover knew nothing about it and told me id have to re-book

Initially quoted a delay of a month before the drivetrain malfunction could be corrected. This is most certainly not the service to be expected from a BMW dealer. Paperwork not ready and car unwashed on collection.
Always a good job and again helpful staff keeping you informed.

The service I received was courteous and professional. I was kept updated whilst waiting for my car and received a full explanation once the service of my car was completed.

My visit this time was very good. My previous visits however had a few problems. My BMW Park Lane Key fob was stolen, my question about the 13 pin plug for the caravan remains unanswered, the investigation into the towball remains open
When I collected the car it had filthy dirty boot marks all over the drivers carpet and up the black sides where you get in the car. Under the previous ownership the car would have been valeted inside and out on completion.
Just annoyed that they didn't get my car done by the time i asked having had it since 9.30am . On the positive side they were very apologetic and dropped my car back the next day with a full tank of petrol.

You did everything I asked
The body off the car was cleaned and looked good BUT the valeting of the interior was not up to standard most dissapointed.
I had booked a timed slot for an oil change as I didn't want to leave the car all day, but wasn't told how long it would take for the service, so ended up waiting just under 2 hours. This isn't the 1st time this has happened at DL!

Not very impressed and disgusted by the small mindedness of failing an MOT just because a stud on the number plate was in the wrong place. Why did not just take it off there and then rather than fail the car and charge for a retake?
Adrian Roddis made sure that my work was carried in the minimum amount of time and whilst i sat down and had a coffee.
