Work done well, but poor keeping me informed of progress.
Much easier to book the appointment. I was expected on the day. The car was checked-in efficiently with expectations set and met. The car was returned on time with everything completed.

Would have given 5 stars had the car been finished before I arrived at 4:45 to collect (it had been in the shop all day)...
My car was in for a recall . The work could not be completed in 1 day and the person dealing with my car collected it from my home and returned it the next day
Long wait; put on hold. When job was done told not to ask for anything else, this when it was a warranty fault! Also seat extension does not look right, i.e. does not fit properly after the work that was undertaken. What should I do?

Car recovered to them on Tuesday 30/5/17. Despite me making several calls and the part arriving on Friday 2/6, my car was not ready on Saturday 3/6 as agreed. DL Bath did NOT return calls as promised . I made a special trip to collect, to no avail.
Efficient. Collected car from work twice. Both times returned washed. Problem sorted.

Because they wanted me to pay for a fault that was clearly wrong with the car before I bought it. I'd had the car less than 2 weeks. Not what you expect from BMW.

Following the takeover from Wellsway BMW they've dropped the complimentary vallet but that's not a big deal. It would have been better if they'd quoted / offered to replace the air-spring (which I flagged on booking in) the same day as the service.

Staff were very polite and welcoming upon arrival.I was quickly informed of the work being carried out on my car and given an accurate time scale.Work was carried out to a high standard and the car was returned looking immaculate.
Although they said the work was completed and the car would be ready in half an hour, it was still waiting to be washed when I got there which was well over half an hour later.
The service was fine. However I had booked for the car to be picked up and returned to me the same day and at the very end of the day I was told it could only be returned the next day. I have never had that happen to me with Audi.
My car was with you for 8 days to be repaired as I was on holiday. On my return I told my service advisor I would be collecting my car 1st thing Saturday morning. My car had be "messed by seagulls" therefore had to be washed.. a hour I had to wait

Overall very satisfied but the gentleman did not come back to us with a price for a part required in the future.
Completed the work on time
Booking in (a recall) was easy. The car was ready on time and washed.
Left unattended all morning and not all updated. Asked to be taken through computer system and this didn't happen
When booking the appointment I was told I would be able to have a the car serviced at the same time but upon arrival I was told the service was not due for approx. 2000 miles & therefore not able to be carried out.
Both of my bmws have been into DL recently, the service is usually exemplary and when I took my M3 in for some warranty work the whole process was perfect, Gavin Parish was clear and timely although I did have to chase him up, however today
Very efficient and on time
I had tried to purchase a service inclusive package prior to arriving for service.This had not been actioned, as was still not set up by the time I returned to pick up the car. To this date I have only received an invoice, and no other details.
Delay in completing the work. Taken in early am on 12/4. Promised back by pm that day but not achieved. Told the computer had crashed! Informed also new starter motor needed,would take a few days to deliver and fit. Collected pm on the 15/4.
My new ( 8 months old) had a cracked rear wheel. I was intially told this was not covered bt the warranty but after challenging this with one of your representatives it was conceded. Disappointing as it was obvious it is a design fault.
Told that ac condenser needed replacement. Refrigerant removed during test. I declined this and took car to independent ac specialist who found no fault. Had to pay to have ac recharged.
Timing suited. Friendly and helpful. Clear about costs up front.
Professional, courteous, prompt and quick service.
I was satisfied with the service and the problem (seal leak leading to water ingress and non-functioning of rear parking sensors) has been rectified but the cost was much higher than anticipated (at least £250 more). Charges too high as usual.

After one week of my car being serviced I now need my brake pads changing. I expect that to be picked up and done st the same time. I now have to arrange for the car to be out of action fir another day.
Whilst the initial contact was pro active I felt the follow up when completing the transaction was somewhat dismissive. The car had not been cleaned and I was left to my own devices to find on your forecourt.
reason for very as opposed to 100% is because my car was not washed after service as if was during previous services ( maybe your servicing no longer includes that)
The service felt more personal when it was still wellsway, under dick Lovett it feels more like a big corporation
Happy the fault was completely rectified, but was not told how it occurred or if it would manifest itself again. (Badly corroded tailgate bulb cluster and condensate present in lenses.
Kept waiting on arrival and vehicle was 1 hr later than advised

The service was completed on time. The staff were welcoming, polite and informative e.g. advising on tyre wear. The vehicle was valeted.
I booked the car in for 10am arrived at 9.45, noted the service manager had the car booked in for 10. 15. given to understand total time for service plus was was 1hr 15m. car ready by 12.00 late for an appointment.
Everything went smoothly and everything asked for completed.

Great service and experience right through from my sales executive Justin Cambell -Watson. I was kept up to date with all aspects of the build and delivery of my new car. All the team at the centre have been great, and I know they were very excited!

Good service however quite slow in replying to emails and Finance team required another proof of address on the day I was meant to be collecting car which was a bit hectic to try and find.

Ryan Baddeley-Hopkins is a great sales consultant. Honest and courteous. Being a Sales Manager myself, I was impressed with his professionalism.
There were no problems from start to finish. Ryan was very helpful and kept myself and my partner up to date.
Sam Hadfield was very helpful throughout.
From my initial visit to enquire about the vehicle right through to collection (including the many phone calls with questions I had invetween!) Adam was very friendly and helpful.
Handled well throughout. Kept in the loop on delivery time, and they also made a tight timescale work. Justin was great, but Adam definitely deserves a bottle of champagne for sorting out my car on day of delivery.
My questions were addressed satisfactorily
I visited the centre with set goals about the model of car that I wanted and the monthly repayment that I was prepared to pay. The team supported me to realise my goal and in fact enabled me to drive away the M sport model for this repayment figure.
Fast delivery and, most importantly, before the new UK road tax penalties for cars worth >£40K came into effect from 01 Apr 17.
